Resolutions

An event can have a resolution to specify e.g. why an event was resolved or closed. The Resolutions UI is used to manage and create new resolutions.

Managing Statuses

Use the following buttons to manage statuses:

Add a resolution

To add a status:

  1. Click the Add Resolution button at the bottom of the list.
  2. Give the resolution a unique name.
  3. Add a description to explain what the status means.
  4. Click the save button on the upper right side of the status section.

Update and delete a resolution

Revise the information and press the Save Status button to update a status. To delete a status, press the Delete Status button next to the Save Status button in the upper right corner of the status option section.
